Tidy up the house: In the cases where there are children in the house this is a necessity as well. Start a process to tidy up the house from scratch. Get into every room and every box. You do not have to do it all in one day but make it a habit to perform this activity every afternoon.
Step 3: If you can afford it you can make use of any of the fitness equipments available for weight loss. There are many tools for losing weight at home. The most popular being the treadmill and elliptical cross trainer. They are not very expensive and they can help you lose weight provided that you use them regularly.
