Before you tan, the attendant will explain everything you need to know and instruct you to cover your toes, nails, knees, elbows, and ears with the special lotion just like with spray tanning. They will also provide you with a cap to wear to protect your hair from being dyed.

You can go naked, or wear underwear and a bra. It is up to you and keep in mind that a person will be in the room spraying you so you want to feel comfortable. The attendant will instruct you to do many different positions and will spray you with a professional sprayer.

It is important with both methods that you do not get wet or sweat for at least 6 hours! Staying moisturized is extremely important to maintain your tan so that it does not flake or look blotchy.
