Starting a Beauty Routine

Do you have your own beauty routine?  If you value good looks, you probably follow some sort of routine.  You probably do your daily hygiene routine as well including showering, brushing your teeth, etc.  Starting a beauty routine isn’t hard.  Plan something you can handle and start taking better care of yourself.

Do you ever wish you had prettier hair?  If you don’t think about your hair much or you handle it a lot, there are probably ways you can treat it better allowing it to be more beautiful.  Avoid heat, dye, bleach, and other processing whenever possible.  All of this weakens your hair, makes it break off easily, and makes it dull and lifeless.

Especially if you have curly hair, you should add lots of moisture.  If you don’t have oily hair, try to space out how often you wash your hair more.  When you shampoo, only shampoo your scalp so that you don’t dry out the length.  Avoid harsh products and try to use as much natural stuff as you can.  Treat your hair like silk on a regular basis.

If you want to have soft skin that is beautiful, you need to devise a great routine for your skin as well.  Moisturize daily, especially if you have dry skin.  Use products that go with your skin type.  Wash all makeup off before you go to bed.  Use a gentle cleanser on your face in the morning and use a moisturizing body wash.  Masks, peels, and other treatments periodically are a great way to get rid of dead skin and shrink the pores.

For all parts of your body, head to toe, one of the best ways to enliven your beauty routine is to keep it beautiful from the inside out.  Eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly to have that healthy glow.  Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein, and healthy fats to keep looking your best.
