It is somewhat ironic that while men are looking for ways and treatments to make hair grow, women are searching for effective ways to remove unwanted hair from various parts of their bodies. Under the arms, the legs, the pubic region and even the eyebrows are all given the treatment in the need to become as hairless as possible.
All of this is fine as long as the correct methods are used to remove the hair. In most cases when going through the hair removal process the biggest problem facing women is the prospect of the hair growing back too quickly. The aim is to use a painless method to remove hair in such a way that it won’t be back for a long time.
One area where this doesn’t hold quite true is the eyebrow area. Eyebrow hair doesn’t grow as quickly as the hair in other parts of the body and the hair follicles can also be easily destroyed. If the hair removal process is not done carefully it’s possible to destroy the follicles removing the possibility for the hair to regrow.
There are a number of eyebrow hair options available that you can choose to use to thin or narrow the eyebrows without causing too much trauma to the surrounding eyebrow area. Plucking is a process used by many women and as long as the plucking is done on the edges of the eyebrows and in the direction that the eyebrows naturally grow, you should be able to remove eyebrow hair without causing significant damage.
Another safe eyebrow hair removal process is known as threading. In this case the eyebrow hair is removed by plucking it out using a cotton thread. The hair is removed by being twisted between two threads of cotton and then pulled out. It is a process that should always be carried out by a qualified beautician.
Whatever method you choose to remove eyebrow hair, the aim is to ensure that the surrounding eyebrow hair follicles are not damage. It is not unknown for neighboring eyebrow hair to fall out when under trauma leaving the person with little or no eyebrow hair at all.
